Hypnosis for Freedom: The Real Power of 'Inner Work'

Where Personal Development Can Steer You Wrong

I became entrenched in personal development in the last several years.

I was really enamored with it for a long time because I realized I could actually change things I didn’t like about my life with all the different tools.

Then I became dis-enamored with it when I realized that I can’t change some things, no matter how much I grow, heal, manifest, make sigils, work…whatever.

Because I think capitalism and marketing has conditioned everyone who buys coaching or books or anything - to get an outcome from it.

If you hire a relationship coach, you expect to manifest a dream man. That kind of thing.

But outcomes are rarely guaranteed and that’s why so many are left frustrated and feeling like they wasted their money.

For example, a really great business coach have 5 clients who make shitloads of money in one year, while 20 others struggle to make any money at all, despite doing the work, implementing, etc.

Because some things are a matter of luck and timing.

And what if the point of all this “inner work” is just... freedom?

Freedom from the intrusive thoughts of your own mind.

The Ultimate Outcome Is Freedom

What if you could work out and not care about benchmarks like weight loss?

What if you could date without needing everyone you meet to be THE ONE?

Write without having to become a bestseller.

Eat to feel good instead of how it makes you look.

Have a breakthrough because it feels fucking good to have a breakthrough.

What if the point of a life coach wasn’t to help you find something, or achieve something, but to like your life the way it already is?

I’ve gotten so into hypnosis because it’s really about making your day to day life better.

More enjoyable.

More free.

Get free from addiction because you just want to eat in peace without obsessing about it.

Or enjoy the fresh air without being enslaved to the need for a cigarette.

Improve habits because it feels great to walk around in a strong body that gets endorphins and sunshine every day.

Being able to enjoy daily life activities without overthinking, self imposing expectations, worrying what other people think, or feeling generally bad about how you take up space in the world - is the real pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Loving your life as it IS is the ultimate fuck you to capitalism.

It means you can let go of the constant need to get somewhere else and just BE where you are.

Imagine everything you could accomplish for the world if you weren’t spinning in circles wishing things were different. Wishing you were different.

  • You could write the book you've wanting to write.
  • Publish more episodes on your podcast.
  • Go on more hikes.
  • Organize a revolution.

Only problem is - we can SAY we’re gonna do that all day long, but then the shame spirals keep doing their thing. And the struggle persists.

Because the brain is operating on PATTERNS.

It’s programmed to habitually sabotage you.

That’s why a lot of coaching doesn’t change your life - because hearing interesting perspectives or open-ended questions just to get a “shift” don’t reprogram the neural habits.

I happen to use a coaching method that does. :)

Hypnosis Reprograms Patterns in the Subconscious

In my hypnosis for freedom sessions, we coach first, so your brain breaks the habit of whatever is making you dissatisfied,

Then we do hypnosis to cement the change into your subconscious so it becomes your new habit from now on.

So whaddya say?

Shall we fuck capitalism together and make you love your life the way it is?

About Me

I'm Mia Kercher, and I'm a Hypnotist & Coach of the Unconscious Mind

I got into the world of personal development several years ago when I hit rock bottom in my life. My relationship was a disaster, and it felt like I'd tried everything you could possibly try to have a great life (travel, adventure, romance, education, art...everything) but I STILL wasn't happy.

Regular therapy for 2 years helped me, but I'd hit a wall. Things weren't really progressing, and I still didn't have a grasp on my purpose or really finding joy out of life.

Then I discovered coaching, hypnosis, and magic. These gave me tools to ACTUALLY change the things I didn't like in my life. They gave me connection to Life, to something bigger than me, and got me passionate again.

I'd love to help you find this too.
